WaterWise!

Yesterday my class (room5) went to Orake Basin for WaterWise, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it because I was sick and threw up 5 times! They had loads of fun, my dad was parent help so my dog had to go. My dad came home home with over 130 pictures!! I am soon going to have a photo peach with some of the photos so keep a look out!

Being the most intrepid traveller by watching tv!

Most of the time you have to actually walk to see nice sights, but not anymore! The internet giant is using street view cameras, stuck to the back of backpacks to look at the most wonderful places in the world. 







So that you can be a traveller buy sitting back and relaxing! This started out as photographing cities and towns in 2007, but now they use it for making movies and taking photos of cool places. The photos should be coming out about now so look out for them.

Silver Ferns thrash the South Africans!!

The Silver Ferns clashed with the South Africans on the 28th of October for the 2012 Quad Series. The Sliver Ferns had a slow start with their top line up, not getting a goal for five minutes!


They had a five goal lead in the first quarter and second and third but in the fourth they stepped up their game and won 63-24!!! The score was good enough for Wiamarama.


It was a great game with both teams going hard though South Africa needed to go harder. The South Africans just needed to step up their game and be stronger and more dominant.


The Silver Ferns were trying to be better than they were when they versed England and won 57-35!! They get further and had a great game! Lets hope they will beat Auzzie tonight!

Winz manager gets fired

Winz [Work and Income New Zealand] manager Jane Drader got fired because she used winz contacts to find the phone number for a client. She then she threatened the client, that drove the poor client out of her house. Then the lady's meet again incidentally and had a fight which lead to blood pouring out of her head!


Jane's boss then failed to carry out the right steps to fire Jane, Judge Barry Travis said "Draders bad behaviour was so significant that compensation was not warranted, in spite of essential failures in her dismissal process." Jane admitted  that she had rang the client and threatened her. She got sacked in the end though.
