Winz manager gets fired

Winz [Work and Income New Zealand] manager Jane Drader got fired because she used winz contacts to find the phone number for a client. She then she threatened the client, that drove the poor client out of her house. Then the lady's meet again incidentally and had a fight which lead to blood pouring out of her head!


Jane's boss then failed to carry out the right steps to fire Jane, Judge Barry Travis said "Draders bad behaviour was so significant that compensation was not warranted, in spite of essential failures in her dismissal process." Jane admitted  that she had rang the client and threatened her. She got sacked in the end though.
